WAJINGA NDIO WALIWAO; Hekaya za Abunuwasi
TUJIKUMBUSHIE HEKAYA ZA ABUNUWASI
Paliondokea mtu katika kisiwa cha Unguja, enzi za Seyid Majid Bin Said, naye akikaa mjini. Na mtu huyu alikuwa hana kazi maalum, kazi yake ilikuwa ni kuwafuata Waarabu wakubwa wakubwa, na kupata manufaa yake kwao. Na kazi zamani hizo ilikuwa watu kufunga bidhaa na kwenda bara kufanya biashara, na kulima vyakula na kuuza.
Na yeye alikuwa mtu mmoja asiyetaka kazi ya namna hii. Hata hatima akaonelea mji haumweki. Akatafuta kanzu yake njema akavaa, na kilemba chake cheupe, na msahafu wake kwapani, akashika njia kwenda pande za mashamba kutarazaki. Na kazi aliyoichagua ni kazi ya ualimu kusalisha watu. Lakini yeye hajui kusoma hata herufi moja. Alichagua kwenda shamba kwa Wahadimu kwa kuwa huko ndiko walikokuwa wajinga wasiojua kusoma, na hata dini ya Kiislamu ilikuwa haijaingia kwao bado.
Basi Mwalimu akawasili Unguja Ukuu. Wahaimu walipomwona mgeni wakamkaribisha sana. Hata waliposikia kuwa yeye ni mwalimu wakazidi kumkaribisha na kumheshimu. Na yeye mwenyewe ikawa mchana kutwa kufunua msahafu, kutazama tu, watu wanadhani anasoma! Akapewa nyumba bure na chakula kwao. Hatima akawaambia, Jengeni msikiti nikusalisheni. Wahadimu wakajenga msikiti. Hata wakati wa kusali ulipojiri mwadhini hapana, maana wale wenyeji hawajui.
Basi ikawa kazi ya mwenyewe Mwalimu kuadhini. Lakini naye vilevile hajui kitu. Akasimama akaadhini hivi:- Allah Akbar! Allah Akbar! Wajinga ndio waliwao, Wajinga ndio Waliwao. Allah Akbar ! Watu wakajaa msikitini. Huyu mwalimu kama nilivyosema hajui kusoma, si kukuambia kusalisha! Lakini watu wamekwisha kuwamo msikitini, ikawa hana hila ila kusalisha. Akaenda panapo Kibla, akasalisha hivi:- M, m, m,m ,m,m Wajinga ndio waliwao, Amin.
Ikawa kila akisema M,m,m ,m,m ,m ,m Wajinga ndio waliwao, Wajinga ndio Waliwao, Wahadimu huitikia Amin! Ikawa kila akiinama na kuinuka maneno ni hayo hayo. Na Wahadimu wakidhani asema Kiarabu, wakawa wamekazana tu, Amin! Zilipokwisha sala wakatoka nje. Wahadimu wakamsifu sana mwalimu wao jinsi anavyosalisha vizuri. Ikawa hivi hali ya mambo kwa siku nyingi kupita. Wakamfanyia mshahara mwema.
Siku moja akatoka Malimu wa kweli mjini anayejua kusoma na kusalisha ili kwenda kutembea shamba. Akafika Unguja Ukuu. Akapata habari kama mjini pana Mwalimu mmoja arifu sana, ndiye anayesalisha msikitini. Na huyu mwalimu mgeni asiende kumtazama, akangoja mpaka wakati w sala.
Wakati wa sala ulipojiri akamsikia mwadhini anaadhini. Lakini maneno yake yakamstusha sana. Allah akbar! Allah akbar! Wajinga ndio waliwao. Allah akbar! Yule mgeni asiseme neno, akaenda msikitini, akakuta watu wamejaa. Na mbele yao panapo kibla yuko mtu anayemjua tangu mjini, naye kumjua kwake hajui kitu. Basi akamsogelea kule kule mbele ili amsikilize vema. Na mwalimu alipomwona huyu mgeni akastuka sana maana naye amjua tangu mjini. Akawaza kuwa leo uongo wangu utabainika. Lakini mara akili zikamjia hivi:- M,m,m,m,m Mwalimu usinibaini, nikipata sita, tatu zangu, tatu zako, Wajinga ndio waliwao Amin! Na maneno haya wakisikiana wao wawili tu, maana walikaaa karibu karibu. Akashika kusalisha kwa maneno yale yale. M, m,m,m,m,m Mwalimu usinibaini, Wajinga ndio waliwao, nikipata nane, nne zangu na nne zako, Amin.
Akasalisha hivi mpaka mwisho, wakatoka. Walipotoka nje wale walimu wakaamkiana kwa vicheko sana. Watu walipowaona wanacheka,wakidhani wanacheka yao ya huku nje, maana wanajuana. Kumbe wanacheka yaleyale ya Msikitini: Mwalimu usinibaini, wajinga ndio waliwao, nikipata nane, nne zangu, nne zako. Wakakaa katika hali hii wakiwala wajinga, mpaka walipochoka, wakaja zao mjini na wingi wa mapesa.

KISA CHA ABUNUWASI NA MFALME
SIKU moja alfajiri, wakati wananchi wa mji wenye wakazi wengi walipokwenda kuchota maji mtoni, walishangazwa kuuona mkono wa mtu ukiwa katikati ya mto. Mkono huo wa ajabu ulikuwa umenyoosha vidole viwili juu, kuonyesha alama ya mbili.
Wananchi walistushwa sana na kitendo hicho, wakaogopa hata kuchota maji mtoni, kwani hawakuwahi kuona tukio la kuogopesha kama lile. Wengine waliamini kuwa huo ulikuwa mwili wa mtu aliyetupwa mtoni.
Lakini ishara iliyoonyeshwa na mkono huo iliwafanya wananchi waamini kuwa huo ulikuwa mkono wa ajabu. Katika kiza kinene kilichozunguka ndani ya vichwa vya wananchi, habari zikamfikia Mfalme wao, naye akafika haraka eneo la tukio.
Mfalme wa nchi hiyo baada ya kujiridhisha kuwa ulikuwa mkono wa ajabu na uliwekwa na watu wenye imani za kishirikiana, alitoa siku tatu mkono huo uwe umeondolewe, vinginevyo ataleta wataalam kutoka sehemu mbali mbali duniani kwa ajili ya kubaini wahusika.
Siku tatu zilizowekwa na Mfalme zikaisha, wataalam wa mambo ya asili kutoka sehemu mbali mbali duniani wakaanza kuwasili mtoni hapo kwa lengo la kuundoa mkono huo wakashindwa.
Mfalme akatoa ofa nono, waganga wenye sifa na jeuri ya mambo ya jadi wakamiminika eneo la mto, wakafanya mitambiko na mambo yao kwa ufanisi zaidi, wengine wakalala mtoni kuonyesha umahili wao lakini wakashindwa na kuuondoa mkono huo wa ajabu...
Mfalme na wasaidizi wake wakakuna vichwa, wananchi hawana jinsi ya kupata maji. Maji mtoni hayachoteki, wananchi wanaogopa kutumia maji hayo. Ndipo Abunuwasi akajitokeza mbele ya Mfalme. Akamwambia Mfamle, "Mimi naweza kujaribu.
Mfalme akamfukuza Abunuwasi kwa hasira, akamwambia. "Mpumbavu sana wewe, hapa wameshindwa waganga na waganguzi, wewe Abunuwasi utaweza wapi, usitupotezee muda wetu".
Abunuwasi akaondoka, waganga wakazidi kumiminika mtoni wakitoka sehemu mbali mbali za dunia kutokana na sifa zao. Kila walichofanya kuuondoa mkono huo wakachemka na kuondoka eneo hilo kimya kimya.
Abunuwasi akamrudi Mfalme, akamwambia, "Wacha nijaribu mimi". Mfalme akamjia juu akamwambia. "Nimesema huwezi Abunuwasi, wameshindwa waganga wa dunia, utaweza wapi wewe?, Abunuwasi akasisitiza. "Wacha nijaribu mimi kama walivyojaribu wengine na kushindwa.
Mfalme kwa hasira akamwambia Abunuwasi, "Haya jaribu, maana unataka kutupotezea muda tu hapa, lakini ole wako ukishindwa, nitawaamru askari wakutie ndani".
Abunuwasi akaanza kuuzunguka mto huku umati wa wananchi ukimwangalia kwa makini, alipita huku na huku akikimbia kama mtu aliyepatwa na wazimu, Mfalme akaanza kuchukia, hatmaye Abunuwasi akakaa sambamba na mkono ule, Abunuwasi akachuchumaa chini na kuinua mkono wake juu mfano wa mkono ule.
Mfalme na wananchi walikuwa kimya wakifuatilia kwa makini tukio hilo, Abunuwasi aliuchezesha mkono wake kushoto na kulia, mkono ule ndani ya maji nao ukafanya vile, kama alivyofanya Abunuwasi. Wananchi wakashangazwa mno na kitendo kile.
Abunuwasi akauvuta mkono wake nyuma, mkono huo pia ukafanya hivyo, Abunuwasi akakunja kidole chake kimoja, mkono ndani ya maji nao ukafanya vile. Hatmaye Abunuwasi akaushusha mkono wake chini kama anaudhamisha, mkono ule nao ukadhama na haukuonekana tena.
Mayowe, vigelegele na shangwa vikasikika, Mfalme akasimama akamfuata Abunuwasi, akamuomba radhi, akamtukuza na kuonyesha kufurahishwa. "Ahsante sana Abunuwasi, umetuondolea aibu, nisamehe kwa kukudharau, sikutegemea kabisa".
Wananchi wakaja juu wanamtaka Abunuwasi apewe Ufalme. Maana ameweza kufanya jambo lililowashinda waganga na waganguzi. Mfalme akahamaki. Abunuwasi akaula...

Hatua ya Baraza la Mitihani nchini (Necta) kutoa ratiba ya kufanya uhakiki wa vyeti vya kidato cha nne, sita na ualimu kwa watumishi wote wa umma sasa ni wazi imezidi kupandisha joto kwa vigogo na watumishi mbalimbali ambao hawana sifa za kielimu kushika nafasi walizo nazo.
Katika taarifa yake ya sasa Baraza la Mitihani nchini, limetangaza kuwafuata katika maeneo yao ya kazi watumishi wote walioko katika mamlaka za mikoa, halmashauri na manispaa kwa ajili ya kufanya uhakiki wa vyeti vyao hivyo vya kitaaluma.
Kwa mujibu wa barua iliyosainiwa na Edga Kasuga kwa niaba ya Katibu Mtendaji wa Baraza hilo kwenda kwa Makatibu tawala wa Mikoa, uhakiki utafanyika katika ofisi za Makatibu Tawala wa mikoa kuanzia Oktoba 10 hadi 14 mwaka huu, ingawa ratiba nyingine ya uhakiki imeonyesha zoezi hilo litafikia tamati Novemba 7 mwaka huu.
“Ili kufanikisha zoezi hilo Baraza limetaka kupata orodha (nakala- laini ya soft copy) ya watumishi wote wa umma waliopo katika mkoa, halmashauri na manispaa.
“Nakala za vyeti vya kidato cha nne, cha sita na ualimu vya watumishi wote walioandikishwa na chumba cha kufanyia uhakiki,” inaeleza taarifa hiyo ya Baraza la Mitihani.
RATIBA YA UHAKIKI
Kwa mujibu wa ratiba iliyotolewa na Baraza la Mitihani, uhakiki huo utafanywa katika makundi matano katika mikoa tofauti tofauti.
Oktoba 10, mwaka huu kundi la kwanza litafanya uhakiki katika Mkoa wa Mtwara, kundi la pili Singida, kundi la tatu Rukwa, kundi la nne Katavi na kundi la tano litakuwa Geita.
Oktoba 17 mwaka huu, kundi la kwanza litakuwa Lindi, la pili Manyara la tatu Songwe, la nne Kigoma na la tano litakuwa Mwanza.
Oktoba 24 mwaka huu, kundi la kwanza litakuwa Morogoro, la pili Arusha, la tatu Mbeya, la nne Tabora na la tano Mara.
Oktoba 31 mwaka huu, kundi la kwanza litakuwa Pwani, la pili Kilimanjaro, tatu Ruvuma, la nne Shinyanga na la tano Simiyu.
Novemba 7 mwaka huu, kundi la kwanza litakuwa Dar es Salaam, la pili Tanga, la tatu Njombe, la nne Dodoma na la tano Iringa.
JOTO LA UHAKIKI
Kabla Baraza la Mitihani halijatangaza ratiba hiyo, tayari watumishi wa umma ambao wanatumia majina matatu lakini vyeti vyao vya elimu vinasomeka majina mawili walikuwa wamepewa maelekezo ya kwenda kutafuta hati ya kiapo kwa ajili ya kuapa mahakamani ili kuthibitisha majina yao.
Akizungumza na MTANZANIA Jumapili mmoja wa watumishi hao alisema: “Wakati tunaanza kazi sisi ambao vyeti vyetu tulikuwa tunatumia majina mawili shuleni, tuliambiwa tutumie matatu ambayo pia yanatumika hata kwenye ‘salary slip’, sasa tumeambiwa tunatakiwa kwenda mahakamani kuthibitisha.”
Alisema zoezi hilo tayari limeleta changamoto kubwa mbali na kuzua hofu kwa baadhi ya watu ambao taarifa zao za kitaaluma hazipo sawa sawa.
“Mimi binafsi sina hofu zoezi linakwisha kesho lakini kinachoniuma ni kwamba hiyo hati ya kiapo (affidavit) tukienda Mahakama ya Mwanzo tunaambiwa ni lazima tulipie shilingi 10,000 na kibaya zaidi hatupewi risiti lakini kwa watumishi wengine ambao wanafahamiana wanapata huduma bure,” alisema mtumishi huyo.
Tangu Serikali itangaze kuwafuatilia watumishi wake wote wenye vyeti feki hali ya wasiwasi na sintofahamu imetawala miongoni mwa vigogo, maofisa na watumishi wengine ambao vyeti vyao vya kitaaluma haviko sawa sawa au haviendani na kazi au nyadhifa wanazoshikilia.

I know he's young, but wasn't Messi
already on another level at 21? I think Hazard could very well be one
of the best players in the world eventually, but I don't think he'll
ever get to the complete domination level of Messi and Ronaldo.
Especially in terms of goal scoring, there's no question. Besides,
Chelsea better hope he doesn't get that good, because he'll be leaving
for Madrid or Barca once they come calling in a heartbeat...

- Two things:
1. Madrid wanted Hazard but he wanted to play in the Premier League.
2. Ronaldo's first season at United wasn't that impressive (6 goals and 4 assists in nearly 40 games).
Hazard has all the potential to be one of the worlds best and if he can continue the way he has started I am certain he will be there.-

- @Phil: He did want to play in the premier league and picked Chelsea because they were the Champions of Europe. Real Madrid showed interest in him but didn't want to pay over 30 million for him.

I'd take Gotze or Wilshere over Hazard
at the moment actually. Let's see if he can manage to be consistent over
the course of the season before he is compared to anyone.
The January winter season is when the real test starts and everyone starts losing a little pace.
Btw Messi scored an incredible 70 goals in 63 appearances last season. Honestly I don't see anyone in the world overtaking him for at least a decade.

- I doubt that record will be matched anywhere but La Liga, Hadi.
Whether it's a case of lacklustre defending or the significant gulf in between top and bottom teams, the likes of Ronaldo and Messi seem to find it easier to score than in the EPL.-

Its because the styles are differently and if you feed one player over and over again the EPL players start getting more physical. La Liga doesn't do that. Its nothing about the quality of the leagues, don't try to read points that aren't there.

also for all the physicality, we all have seen what small technical players can do no matter what. look at mata, aguero or silva! -
- @solie: It has nothing to do with destiny, the other teams were wasteful on the day, very wasteful. For all there shooting Bayern more than half the time they didn't look like they were going to hit the target. Out of there 40 shots 7 were on target that's horribly inefficient, Gomez choked in that match, Robben choked. Gomez was not the usual one touch finisher he was known for and Robben cut in so many times on his left and did nothing. The possession was not even that skewed 55% - 45%. As for Barcelona all they had was possession and no penetration. They were up a man, and from Terry came off Barcelona did the same thing over and over and over again without fail. 72% - 28% possession, 660 - 117 passes and out of their 22 shots attempted in only 5 were on target in the second leg alone. They had more than ample opportunities to change the way they played but the fact of the matter is that teams usually mentally break down vs Barcelona and Chelsea did not. They defended superbly and Barcelona did not bank on this and had no plan B. Had David Villa been fit it might have been a different story but on both days, Barcelona was wasteful and one dimensional and Bayern simply choked in that final. It had absolutely nothing to do with destiny.

- Wilshere...maybe...hopefully he can hit the ground running when he gets back from his injury, but he really is England's next best thing. Gotze on the other hand...he pretty much can do what Hazard can do, he's very technically gifted like Hazard except hazard is a better dribbler and a bit pacier. But what i think what separates Hazard & Gotze is the fact that Hazard is more of a goal scoring threat than Gotze. But when it comes to passing and the vision needed to make those exemplary passes i'd say they're the same.

- i think ronaldo or messi would get close to that stat though!! ronaldo's first season in la liga, he had 26 goals, then the following season, he had 40 goals, which was just 6 more than his highest total in the prem league. then last season he had 46, its just a matter of getting better every year!! and messi was 34, then ronaldo came and messi scored 31, then last season scored 50. and he didnt just top la liga, he got 14 in the ucl as welll, which was higher than all his other totals in previous years.
like i said, its a matter of getting better. and i think the prem's defense is overrated.

decent teams such as athletico or newcastle. Its ok when he is facing of
against wigan, qpr and reading but there our tougher test for him and

4 games in and he's Messi? Comedy gold.
Frankly he's nowhere near Messi, and never will be. Give the guy a
chance and lets see if he can succeed in the PL first, and not just
against weaker opposition. The jury is out - he has it all to prove.
As for youngsters Gotze is really the one to watch, and he's not a mercenary little whore like Hazard too which is a real bonus.

I actually believe Goetze has the most
chance of becoming the next player who could even remotely be compared
to Messi because Messi was playing at a very similar level at 19 or 20
years old as Goetze is now. Anyone who watched Germany's qualifiers
against Faroe Islands last week will know what I mean. Some of Goetze's
movement, chipped passing in impossibly tight spaces, pace and the
ability to burn players on the dribble makes him better than Hazard in
my opinion . Arsenal (a notoriously tight financial team) offered 40
million for Goetze when he was only 19 which would have smashed their
other record of 23 million. Chelsea who is know to pay way TOO much for
players only paid 33 for Hazard.

Hazard is a great talent, but it's

he needs to be deadlier in front of
goal. He should have scored twice last weekend, although admittedly the
first chance was a great save from cesar. The second one was a sitter
and he should be burying those.
However, like you said,time on his side. he also needs to win trophies to be in the conversation. he would probably vying for that honour with neymar and gotze once they are starting to reach their peak.

There's a lot of weight resting on his shoulders and I think he started to realize the pressure is on after our colossal loss to Atletico. Remember, even Messi missed a penalty in the CL Semi Final, no one's perfect.

hazard being 21 and joining Chelsea
doesnt lead to him becoming the best in the world. Messi started his
career in Barcelona at the age of 16 and made his senior team debut at
17. Ronaldo joined Manchester United at the age of 18. On top of
that,messi started getting all his honours at 22. Ronaldo getting his
awards at 23. If hazard doesn't get it by then, he won't join the two
legends.

Hazard can definitely become the best
player in the world. But I don't think he will dominate to the extent
that Messi and Ronaldo do. No players have scored the amount of goals
these guys are currently scoring in decades.

I think Hazard will be entering his
prime right about the time Messi and Ronaldo are exiting theirs. Maybe
there will be a year or two where Messi is still at his best and Hazard
is just getting to his best, but you never know. Ronaldo is 27, after
all.

The matches that he has played in aren't very high pressure matches and that's where you actually get to see a true talent...
Also I'm not sure about the fact that if he has ever got injured. Not saying that it should happen but I have seen player abilities decline after coming out of injuries.
If it ever happens that would be one of his true tests and if he does come out of it with flying colors he might be considered among the best, still not the best as the stats, figures, charisma and awesomeness that Messi and CR7 have given to the footballing world would be hard to counter...
